Stress Awareness Day was a success here at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center! Everyone enjoyed massages, mani/pedi gift cards, stress balls, and great information on how to manage stress. It was a good day to take a deep breath and relax.
Stress Awareness Day is April 16. This day was established by the Health Resource Network in 1992. It is aimed to raise awareness of stress and the impact it has on our lives.
The effects of stress include emotional trauma, behavioral problems, physical illness, and more. It’s important to learn how to identify stressors and how to deal with them properly.
Our staff and residents at Williamsburg HRC thank everyone in the community who helped make this edition of “Feel Good Friday” successful!
