The American Physical Therapy Association has named October “National Physical Therapy Month.” This month’s focus is on aging healthily and the ways that physical therapists help patients overcome pain, improve movement, as well as achieve and maintain independence. We would like to extend a special thank you to our own wonderful PT staff who help keep our residents healthy every day here at Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center. They enjoyed a great luncheon and gifts of appreciation from My Favorite Things.Pictured here are: Penny Roberts, Justin Barnes,Kim Canada, and Adam Mills. Happy National Physical Therapy Month! Williamsburg Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in Southeastern Kentucky, near the beautiful University of the Cumberlands campus. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physicians, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
